Creatures of the Night – Long Point Basin Land Trust

On Saturday June 25th, join Long Point Basin Land Trust at the Arthur Langford Nature Reserve to see and learn about some of the magnificent creatures of the night.  This event will be an opportunity to see how moths are lured using traps and other attractants, observe some of the different varieties of moths in the area up close, and to learn about these often overlooked insects and their important role in nature.  Bring a camera to snap some photos of these beautiful beasties.  Since this is an evening event, please consider also bringing with you a flashlight, warm clothing, and insect repellent so that you have a comfortable night.
