In fast-moving, high-pressure environments, resilience isn’t a nice-to-have. It’s what allows teams to stay focused, connected, and effective over time.

This webinar introduces a practical approach to building resilient teams by combining the Flow framework of:

· Focussing on what matters

· Leading with integrity

· Owning the culture

· Working Wellbeing

Led by executive coach and former charity leader Kimberley Mackenzie, this session explores how leaders can create the conditions to protect themselves and their teams from burnout. You’ll learn how wellness, coaching mindsets, and clear ways of working support flow, strengthen resilience, and drive meaningful results. Grounded in data and real-world experience, the session blends research on team well-being with hands-on tools you can apply right away. Expect practical strategies, reflection, and interactive moments that help you rethink how your team works together day to day.

In this webinar, you’ll learn how to:

· Understand the data behind team well-being, flow, and performance.

· Apply simple neuroscience practices that improve resilience, energy, and productivity.

· Use coaching approaches to build confidence, trust, and collaboration.

· Create clarity and conditions that help teams stay in flow, even under pressure.

This session is designed for organizations who want teams that are not just high-performing, but sustainable, engaged, and adaptable.
