Sample Policy Template. This policy, as adopted by the X Board of Directors embodies the functional principles of X’s Records Policy. Additionally, the X Executive Director is empowered to develop and amend procedural documents as needed to implement the Records Policy. This policy shall be applied in a manner consistent with the X Privacy and Security Policies.
