Enjoy this nature and heritage walk through Cottonwoods Flats, a restored meadow along the Don River. Hear about the restoration that converted industrial lands into much-loved parkland, and the ongoing stewardship that continues to protect the area.
The walk will be led by Toronto Field Naturalists’ president Lynn Miller.
The walk starts outside of the Toronto Police Dog Services training facility at 44 Beechwood Drive. Meet at 1:15 p.m. The walk will start at 1:30.
