Mission Statement

Ontario Nature protects wild species and wild spaces through conservation, education and public engagement. Ontario Nature is a charitable organization representing more than 30,000 members and supporters, and 150 member groups across Ontario.

Through a system of publicly-accessible nature reserves and other programs, Ontario Nature has been the leading organization protecting Ontario’s rich biodiversity since 1931. We are there when nature needs us most.

Our vision is an Ontario where nature inspires and sustains us for generations to come.
