Part 1 of the CEA Webinar Series
The first of these webinars focused on the creation of conservation easement agreements (CEAs) as legal contracts and as instruments registered on land titles. This initial webinar will be informed by the experience of land trusts and conservation authorities with the interpretation, monitoring and enforcement of CEAs gained over these past thirty years.
