Conservation Easement Enforcement Policy

Escarpment Biosphere Conservancy (EBC), a registered charitable organization, receives and holds donated conservation easements on privately-owned lands to ensure the perpetual protection of the land’s conservation values. By receiving and holding donated conservation easements, EBC has an obligation to preserve this corporate and charitable asset. This document provides an example of a land trust's policy for conservation easement enforcement.
